Ross Mills holds a Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Mercer University, where he gained expertise in mental health, substance abuse counseling, disability advocacy, and evidence-based interventions.
With experience treating adults, adolescents, and children, Ross addresses issues such as depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, technology addiction, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD and Executive Functioning Impairment. He is adept at providing both individual and group therapy, employing cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and a person-centered approach. Ross currently facilitates the Teen and Adult Executive Functioning groups at Atlanta Specialized Care Dunwoody.
As a husband, father, and person in recovery since 2010, Ross integrates his personal insight with his professional skills. He is committed to fostering a non-judgmental environment where clients can openly discuss their experiences and work towards healing and growth.
